You can only use a taxonomy element by creating a taxonomy
component. You cannot add a taxonomy element to authoring templates,
sites, site areas or content items.
About this task
To create a taxonomy component, go to Applications
> Content > web Content Management and then click New > Component > Taxonomy.
Taxonomy component identification
Specify identification information for the component,
including the name, title and description of the component.
Taxonomy component properties
Specify properties for the component, including
the list of authors and owners associated with the component.
Granting taxonomy component access
Specify the access control settings for the component
to determine which users have access to the component and their level
of access.
